Everything is exactly as boring 

and predictable 

as the cards, songs, poems, and stories 

say. 

In a dynamic, ever-changing world 

The permanence 

of a sibling's love 

is a rare, special privilege.

भाई बहन का रिश्ता

वैसे ही ध्यान रखती हैं बहनें 

जैसे कहानियों में लिखा होता है 

वैसे ही खड़े होते हैं भाई 

जैसे लोक कथाएँ कहती हैं 

सब सच है। 

उथले-पुथले, 

नित-नूतन जीवन में 

यह कोमल सी स्थिरता
