One day, before you know it..

.. your time will have ended.
Most days, we think of at least one person during the day whom we havent called or heard from in a long time "Sometime soon" we promise ourselves, "I must call him/her."
Sometime soon never happens.
One day, there is no more sometime left - either that person's time ends, or ours, or they just move to a place where we dont have their contact information.

Sometime soon is now. Or Never.

I agree. We spend too much time thinking and planning, too little doing.

Exactly.....We should act upon what we think before it gets too late.....

So true...

This is true, but I'm mostly content to not call, at least not expeditiously. People die, and I have found from experience that I can survive the loss of all but one of them.

O there are reasons in which people honestly belive in, which makes them not acting at that very moment...let me just finish this and then will do it, let me analyse the consequences, perhaps this is not the right time, I think I am too tired right now, or, aaah just forget it, what good will it do?

So you see, people have damn good excuses for not acting at that very moment. Had everybody been like that, the world would have been a different place. But we are humans. And we have excuses. And that makes us humans.

Yeah. and then we regret, and regret comes to a naught.
the time to say hi is now. the time to say 'love you' is now. Kal ho na ho.

The duality of time as both ephemeral and eternal is perhaps the biggest challenge in life. Both these facets of time prove bothersome at some point in life!

Eliot puts it beautifully:
"Time present and time past
Are both perhaps present in time future,
And time future contained in time past.
If all time is eternally present
All time is unredeemable."
