मैंने पूछा तितली से

क्या डरती हो बिजली से?

तितली बोली, ‘धत, पगले!

बिजली है डरती हम से!

 

सृजन सदा बड़ा होता है

भय से और गर्जन से

तितली की सब राह हैं तकते

चित्त से और चिरंतर से

 

English Version:

 

I asked the humble butterfly

Does the thunder make you cry?

The butterfly laughed at me

It’s the thunder that is scared, not me!

 

Creation always supercedes

All fear and disease

The world awaits the butterfly

Forever and fearlessly.
