What I have learnt from my son

Before he cries, he tries.

Exactly 3 sounds are needed to communicate everything in the universe, if you listen well enough.

  1. When I think of it, its so true!

Our children bring to our notice such obvious things that we otherwise tend to ignore!

  2. One of the sounds is the diaper filling up.

  6. Amazing isn't it! Sounds can even define ones environment. In one of my classes we were asked to capture the first five sounds we hear (not listen to) in the morning; the results were a revealation!

  7. I try the crying bit with my wife, but she still won't let me have an X-Box. Somethings just don't work after a certain age...

  9. I have the same thing only with huskies. Yukon howls when he wants soemthing and it isn't wise to ignore an animal with half-inch fangs, I don't care how domesticated he is!!

  10. We all try dont we .. some are bold enough to communicate when they are helpless.

I think as we grow up we just dont want to depend on people or is it because we just dont trust them anymore.... hmm .. I hate being a grown up !
